I was fat, and was sick and tired or being sick and tired.
Why I Love It:
I love lifting and seeing the results. I am striving to compete.
How I Stay Motivated:
I surround myself with people that keep a positive attitude. My motivation has changed in the gym....seems like the more I lift, the more motivated I get.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 80+ lbs and I am feeling great. I am increasing my strength every week. I also started a Wellness Program at work! I am thrilled to be a part of that.

Ok, so I am recovering from this crazy knee surgery. It will be a week ago tomorrow. I must say that I have not felt this positive about things until now. I guess this is exactly what I needed. I had been dealing with the pain for years now. Well, I am doing my therapy and can't wait...
Gym going farly hell..just droped the pin a little lower on the deadlift lockouts..hope to get the back back to being O.K with a 400+ deadlift. Doing lockouts with 500+.
Girl what are you doing to tear yourself up so much ?????well we just got power back , been out since Sunday due to storms - IT SUCKED.. but at least the gym was open -LOL
Looking for new job..beter than the one i have now with a just lumped on 3hour comute. Trying to get ready for crown turny(The stick fighting thing) and hopeing to drop the weight I gained while depressed about work bullshit!
LOL - HEY... i was thinking of you the other day - hows the knee????... I am glad that i can see progress, is slow but sure, guess that is what focus does for ya -LOL
