How I Started:
I have been into it for many years, but kept losing motivation through diffent stages in my life, but i have since settled down and can concentrate more these days
Why I Love It:
I love the pump...and the compliments aren't bad either, but really i like the discipline in bodybuilding, its not the kind of sport that one can just pick up recklessly,alot of thought has to go into your goals, diet, supplementing, and organizing scheduled lifts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just look at my old beer gut!
BB Accomplishments:
A marked improvement in strength and physique as well as my education about the sport.

Goal (Long):
I have always admired the bodybuilders of the world and especially Arnold, who has hasn't right? I would say the one i look up to now would be Lee Priest, he has a great physique and i have read alot about the man. I dont think i want a competition build as that is not my main goal, my main goal is to be fit again and to shred up a little though proper diet, sleep, and exercise and just get an overall balance.

I want to GAIN 30 lb
