Why I Love It:
It's something that just about anyone can do, it doesn't take a whole lot of skill to get started, and the biggest key to success is desire and dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out for me is fun, and I don't consider it work. It's like recess for adults. Seriously, what motivates me has changed from wanting to look good, to getting stronger and gaining confidence, to just seeing how fit I can be. I've found that we are all in competition, mainly with ourselves. Other than that, I get motivation from Podcasts, Nay Sayers (haterz), & work out partners.
BB Accomplishments:
I think the one that I'm most proud of is increasing my flat bench of doing reps at 115 back in 2007 to now doing reps at 225.

Good Equipment, a chance to focus on something else in life, and a great place to accomplish things and gain motivation.

Thanks for the tips man, that orange julius tasting mix sounds awesome! I got some new protein today so I'm hoping it will treat my stomach better. Apparently I was using some really low quality stuff before, but if this still bothers my stomach i'll try out the brands you mentioned. Thanks again for the words of encouragement.
Thank you for the nice words. I am very lucky to have a great supportive family that allows me time to spend at the gym. lol instead of at the office. With the kids on summer holidays, i only go into work maybe 2 times a week for a few min. Come school, back to full time. Maybe lol, bonus of being the boss, pick my hrs .
