How I Started:
I played hs football for Cardinal Hayes hs in the bronx at 335lbs my senior year in 2003. Then took a couple of years off from lifting then started training using bodybuilding workouts in May of 2006. Once I started to eat like a bodybuilder I saw great results and decided to attempt to diet down for a bodybuilding show (NGA can/am in buffalo) I did a 17 week diet at 250lbs and won the novice overall on march 31st at 182lbs.
Why I Love It:
Its a lifestyle, I didn't choose to bodybuild, bodybuilding choose me!

NGA Natural northeastern 2nd place heavy weight (huge mistake attempting to compete 25lbs heavier!)

this was my senior year of hs, back in my football days when i weighted in at 335lbs!
this pic was right after the NPC mr rochester pre judging! this is me at about 225, Ive never been this lean at this weight, i start dieting july 12th!
Cool! Depending on my placing and how I feel I mite do the Baltimore also. Have to see, I'm usually burnt by then. Is the Brick Bar still there in downtown? Had a lot of good times there.
You obviously know what you have to do judging by your avator photo. Hammer down man. Keep dieting and hit the Plattsburgh Show. You have five more weeks. Train hard man and keep in touch.
Wait you competed at the same show is me. Sorry man, wasnt paying attention. Usually in a zone on game day. You should come compete in Plattsburgh on May31st. It's a USBF show. Should be a great show.
