When I Started: Jan, 2007
How I Started: Alot of people (close/and not so close) were saying how unhealthy I looked. Then one day I looked in the mirror and saw how disgusting I was. I made myself a promise to never ever let myself go no matter how hard my life gets.
Why I Love It: Enjoy the transformation that takes place before my eyes.
How I Stay Motivated: Getting compliments, being able to wear clothes that are not baggy, checking out other bodyspace profiles, and seeing the results of my hard work.
BB Accomplishments: Making it to the gym 6 days a week. Getting there is 80% of the battle. If you made it to the gym today than you've accomplished something in my eyes.
