Overall Goal: Play d1 football...also I want to see anybody who has a better back then me..haven't besides pro weight lifters and they just happen to weigh 290lbs.

I moved to Hartsville as a 8th Grader and this boy named Alex told me about weights and i hit the weight room with the varsity football team towards the end of my 8th grade year.
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me look great,feel great, and you need to work out to gain muscles to do what you need to do on the field or where ever.
How I Stay Motivated:
That I hate when people are more built then me even if im more cut.Everybody in the weight room is an opponent and not to mention i like to showoff my strenght so i try harder when i see others doing their best.

Goal (Long):
To be in the BEST shape for football I have ever been. I want this so i can perform at my max level and not have to worry about old injuries plaguing me because they are a factor. I want to increase my endurance to that of college level. And my speed is there i want to maintain my 4.4 while increasing my speed, weight size, and anaerobic/cardio endurance. I want to run my full speed for a long time.
Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training! Specially chest, biceps, shoulders and ABS! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
