When I Started: Jun, 2001
How I Started: Wanted to get better for baseball when i was a freshman i noticed everybody was pretty good at baseball . After my freshman year decided to try to start lifting to improve my performance on the field after seeing results doing just mainly the bench and some curls i was hooked.I knew nothing about lifting back then. After that i just started devouring every piece of information on baseball specific training. I finally figured out that the best way to train is to increase your strength+speed=power becasue thats what seperates people physically on the athletic field.
Why I Love It: feeling strong and looking good/better on field performance. Also all of the other benifits. To many to name but you know what im talking about.
How I Stay Motivated: People asking me for advice or people thinking im on something. Its just hard work which most dont want to do
BB Accomplishments: When people look at me when i walk by lol.

Goal (Long): Being strong not only physically but also mentally. More defined goals while getting there is Dunking a basketball, getting a 4.6 40 time, benching 225 for reps, and being as strong, powerful and as cut as possible at around 180 pounds. "strive for perfection"
