How I Started:
I have been lifting on and off all my life but have just recently gotten serious about it again.
Why I Love It:
I really don't like working out I just enjoy the results of the hard work. I look at working out as a necessary evil in my life especially because of my two jobs.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying Motivated is actually very difficult for me. I usually need someone around to push me to make sure that I actually work out.
