This is about a year after I started training seriously. My training was on point but my diet wasn't. People were saying to me I had a "good body"... but good was never good enough for me I wanted more, and I wanted better!! Soon after this, personal events taught me that life is too short to accept mediocracy, so I started to research into nutrition, with the goal of achieving more definition, strength and size.

I took this while in the changing room of Levi's in London, Covent Garden... that was a bit of unnecessary info but hey what else can I say....HARD WORK PAYS OFF!!!!

A year later training with intensity and a basic but good diet my body began to change. All my friends were using every protein shake under the sun, but I was growing without them so I just stuck to what I was doing.

I had improved alot since starting but to me this still wasn't good enough I wanted more definition and muscle separation, so my lower abs would show, I then introduced weighted hanging leg-raises into my routine.

This was my 1st back pic!! Until this point I had never actually seen a pic of my back so I actually managed to surprise myself!! I could feel my body changing, my workouts consisted of heavy weights and compound exercises like deadlifts and squats!!

My holiday in Miami was crazy!! I was a tourist myself, but tourists kept on coming up to me asking to take pictures!!! ... that doesn't happen in London!!!

After Miami I had lost a bit of size so I got straight back on it and put on alot of lean mass.
