- WHOLE ALMONDS. When I snack, I snack on almonds high in protein and in good fats.
- FLAXSEEDS
- OATS (for breakfast) with milk or water...depends on how I feel...Also sprinked with flaxseeds
- SWEET POTATOES... relatively low in fat and gives you all the energy you need.
- SALMON...If I have a sandwich its with salmon and brown bread.
