Background
I started bodybuilding in January 2005 but have been boxing and doing martial arts since I was 17.
It's more than just looks (although I do enjoy the perks). I feel good every single day!! I never have low self-esteem. I worked hard to achieve my physique so now I feel like anything is achieveable if you work hard at it.

Ultimately its about consistency allot of people start and stop and make excuses as to why... heres a few solutions to those excuses which have worked for me...
*TIME = You can get a good work out in 30 - 40mins, when I'm extremely busy I set my alarm 40 mins early, I'll go for a run (25-30 min) then I do some push ups and sit ups (10 mins)...before breakfast. I find it wakes me up and makes me sharper and ready for my busy day ahead.
*MONEY PROBLEMS = When I was younger I didn't have money to go to any kind of gym or even to buy weights, instead I built my own punching bag out of old clothes(free) went running on the streets (free) did push ups and sit ups at home (free!!!!)

A Note On Consistency...
Posted in Training : Jun 22, 2011 5:12amI literally take one day at a time!! Every morning I wake up and make a one day goal.
To eat clean,......and as soon as I set foot in the gym I make a mental note that there are 24 hours in the day so Im going to use this ONE hour to train harder than I ever have before and execute every exercise in my plan without any excuses.
Its hard when you look too far ahead of you.
Take one day at a time literally.
If you fail one day...you can start fresh the next morning... just make a mental note every morning and start as you mean to go on
