Well I had cancer in my foot and surgery in the middle of the winter in Alaska and spent a year not doing much of anything. I looked down and realized I was getting fat and had to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
Besides that fact that I feel great, sore, but great after a workout I love going to the beach and when you wearing nothing but board shorts you need a good body.

Just broke 300lbs on the bench!!!! Benched 305lbs, shoulder pressed 205lbs!! BB Curl 130lbs, Deadlifted 315lbs, and Squated 355lbs
I workout in a four day cycle Chest/Tri, Bi/Back, Shoulder/Leg, Rest. I put together a workout by reading many many issues of M&F and then tailoring it to how it fit me.

How many days per week do you lift weights?

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Unless I am going really heavy like 1-3 reps I usually only rest for how long it takes my partner to do his set plus like 15 seconds for us to switch out.
Ok so I have now been back in th gym pretty steadily for the past two months. I cannot believe the progress I am making. I have exceeded all of my weight lifting goals so far. I wanted to reach 250lbs on the bench and I just pushed 280lbs. I am not sure if it is good to move up that fast...

it was not my goal to have fun, all my gym pyotos are not accepted by this site. They have a wrong format...plus I guess it is fun to dring diet when everyone else is drunk....
