How I Started:
Well I had cancer in my foot and surgery in the middle of the winter in Alaska and spent a year not doing much of anything. I looked down and realized I was getting fat and had to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
Besides that fact that I feel great, sore, but great after a workout I love going to the beach and when you're wearing nothing but board shorts you need a good body.

Just broke 300lbs on the bench!!!! Benched 305lbs, shoulder pressed 205lbs!! BB Curl 145lbs, Deadlifted 315lbs, and Squated 355lbs

Where do you get your workout programs?
I workout in a four day cycle Chest/Tri, Bi/Back, Shoulder/Leg, Rest. I put together a workout by reading many many issues of M&F and then tailoring it to how it fit me.

Well I passed the 300 lb mark (305) on the bench.  I know that probably is not a lot on a weight lifting site but for me that is a huge mark.  I am already trying to figure out what I need to do in order to hit 350.  I think my main problem is that I can not seem to get enough food into...
