I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and I also bodybuild. I'm stuying Human Growth and Performance in Denver Colorado, so I've learned a lot about how the body functions. I just started my own BodyGroup named 'Teen Fitness' and I'll answer any question about bulking/cutting diets and I know good workouts for any part of the body. If you want good abs then let me know.
consistency wouldnt be a problem so much as the stigma i have towards all the kidney-related "myths." (http://journals.lww.com/acsm- msse/Abstract/2001/02000/Creat ine_supplementation_and_h ealth_variables__a.2.aspx) ive read in some research papers (which i cant find now) that creatine by itself has no adverse affects on renal function, but creatine combined with protein may have adverse effects. but nothing's certain.
Yo man I need your opinion again. I started a program that changes rep range every week. First week of the month is 15-20 next week is 10-12 3rd week is 6-8 and last week of the month is max. This way I thought I could chart my gains. Of course one body part a week 12 to 16 sets and throw In some Cardo on the off day or two each week
