How I Started:
My fitness manager at work said I should go compete, and I placed 2nd in my first competition, the NPC Lone Star Classic and moved my way up to first.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it keeps me cautious of what I put into my body. It's also nice to meet people with the same goals in the gym. Usually all the regulars are friendly.
How I Stay Motivated:
By winning competitions and having support from my friends.
BB Accomplishments:
First place 2009 NPC Heart of Texas-Teen division. First place-Mens Lightweight novice.... First place 2009 NPC Texas State Naturals-Teen.... 2nd place NPC Lone Star Classic-Teen...Lost to Uriah McGee.... 2nd place NPC Texas State Naturals-Men's Lightweight.

idk i have trouble maintaining my weight somtimes. like i could loose 5 pounds in a week without realizing it. Ive been running alot more the last 2 weeks and i weight myself this morn and i stayed the same so its just a matter of paying better attencion to it

ehh broo quick question, ive been bulking for a while and im eating close to 4000 calories a day but sometimes its hard to sthomach but im scared if i dont eat enough i wont gain muscle wut do u bulk with? and do u think id be able to bulk on mabye 3300 or 3400 or something like that? ( in my training there is also no cardio. )
