mstebel Ha...you're talking msg's and what not in supps...and I'm just trying to ingest less than 42g of sugar per day. Lol. Tough deal for me, and I'm not referring to ice cream or cake, found out that one of my Greek yogurts takes up 1/2 of my sugar allowance...geez. mstebel I'm doing all right, was telling some of my friends on here that I have increased my cardio considerably in the last few months (I run around 20 miles a week), but haven't seen the results that I've been looking for...very frustrating since I don't really enjoy running. I did start calorie counting in the last 3 weeks, so we will see if that helps or not. Thought about purchasing a fat burner. But besides that, I'm good. Lol. Have a nice Friday Apr 5, 2013 11:45am
