my goal: Gain Muscle

I am 5 feet 2 inches. I used to weigh 260 lbs, had 12 inch arms and nothing but fat. I lost 90 lbs as I am now 170 lbs, 15 inch arms, 16.5 inch calves, 22 inch thighs, 33 inch waist. I want to lose en extra 20 pounds on the scale.

Background

When I Started: Jun 2007
HOW I STARTED:

At first I went to the gym to get in shape, lose weight and gain a bit of muscle. In the first 2 weeks I lost 20 pounds. In June of 2007 I was 260 lbs at 46 inch waist. I am now 170 lbs at 33 inch waist.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love to see the results. I feel strong and fit and young (I am 51 and most people that don't know me think I am 35-38 max) and I want to stay like this.

I look at pictures of me in June 2007 at 260 lbs and pics at me now at 170 and I look at the muscles I've build. I read fitness magasines and listen to my personal trainer.

I feel great, in shape and young eventhouh I'm 50.  I used to be involved in youth groups.  I have a group of friends that range from 28 to 32.  My best friend is 31 (his grilfriend is 32.)  Lots of people think I'm between 35-38.  Since I began checking what I eat and training I've lost a lot of fat and built alot of muscle.  I am still training hard to add at least 5 inches of muscle.

Math_the_French Merci toi aussi je sais comment dur c est de perdre du poid mais c est une tres bonne action pour ta sante , lache pas . Pour les photos j vais probablement acheter une camera bientot puisque ma blonde a commencer a en parler ... celle-ci a plus de 5 ans donc le changement est present . tuka prend soin de toi et bonne chance dans tes progres .
