How I Started:
I started lifting weights originally at 14 yrs old. Just going into high school. I wanted to get on the hockey team, football team etc...
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great, gives me a sense of accomplishment. I love that "pumped feeling" and I like competing against myself, always pushing to see how far I can take my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with the results i see from my hard work, compliments from friends and co-workers, and my #1 fans, my kids ! I also mix up my routine. Currently, i'm using a six day split routine.
BB Accomplishments:
Still being able to "move" the next day...lol !

"I am returning to the sport after a 20 year absence. When I was a young man, I would look up to guys like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno and wanted be as strong and muscular as them. I began training at about 14 yrs old and kept at it until my late twenties. At 27 i injured my shoulder.(and was told, no more weights) I was devasted.
So, long story, short, i began hitting the gym 6 months ago. I was weighing in at about 210 lbs. now i'm 180 lbs and 14% body fat. I know, I can do this in the next 12-18 months!"
