Once again you have shown your support and friendship -- helping me learn how to do other things besides bodybuilding! Let's just hope I don't screw up when I go to upload the pictures. Sure enough, the research shows the at least 100 blood sugar level is optimum for exercise. Thanks for your help and support.

Incredible gains in a short period...Keep working hard and watch you Diabettes and keep that in check (runs in my family too)...I haven't read your work-outs, are you working legs? Working the legs and back will make it easier to bulk up all over. Good luck, keep up the good work!
