What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
poor form or ignoring warning signs...

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
i've torn my hamstring, and groin squatting... i've torn my acl twice wrestling and deadlifting (i know seems impossible) the hamstring and groin had me out about 6 weeks before i could start with real lifting movements... both acl replacements took 6 months before i could really get after it in the gym... it's been over a year since the last surgery and i'm about 90% after those replacements... definitely a good way to learn patience...i've torn my hamstring, and groin squatting... i've torn my acl twice wrestling and deadlifting (i know seems impossible) the hamstring and groin had me out about 6 weeks before i could start with rea...more
