Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
herniatied disc, took about 7 months to feel better, best advice is to think positive and stay off it.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
poor form, lifting to much weight.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
leg press machine, it makes people think because its a machine they can control heavier weights.
