How I Started:	I got started working out simply because I was an Athlete . I'm a former WVU Football player. I really started taking training seriouse in college. I guess if I did'nt I would have been killed on the field.
Why I Love It:	I love to work out just because it relieves so much stress. I love the results when I am training hard.
How I Stay Motivated:	Motivation is a state of mind. Aslong as I have my Ipod and some slamming music, I am motivated to lift the world.
BB Accomplishments:	I have never competed.
