Sorry I have been away, I am recovering from a car accident. I have been having constant headaches still. I have been also working lots of overtime (prb not good for recovering) I won't be back on here until I can get back in the gym...
THANK YOU ALL sooo much for your motivation, inspiration, and encouragement to help keep me going!! My goal is to be at 16% body fat by the end of December. I WILL, I MUST wake up @ 4:30 am for cardio 3-4 days a wk!!
Help as many people as I possibly can to get themselves motivated enough to reach their goals. That, and compete on a national level within the next year to earn a pro card.. is that too much to ask?? I'm going to try!
My CURRENT goal is to maintain my progress towards losing bodyfat while holding onto muscle. Working nights is throwing me off schedule a little. But I'll get better! ;-)
to become more defined & lose inches therefore weight, and just be better all around... i'm an athlete and have the right build just needs to be better.... DO WORK CREW!
