i remember that i was working at a YMCA and i saw the machines, and well i was over weight and i wanted to challenge my self to try something new and lose the weight to gain muscle
Why I Love It:
it's fun motivational and i like the challenge of everyday putting something up more then i could the day before. And just want to change my overall appearance to feel good about myself
How I Stay Motivated:
BB.Com, Mirror, Standing tall at 6'2 in front of the mirror lol,looking at fitness magazine's watching other people perform there workouts, and listening to some music
STAMINA/STRENGTH/MASS AND DEFINED? AT THE SAME TIME? YES Not bad for 6'2 200Ibs
Goal (Long):
Until the age of 14-15 i was always chubby and overweight, but when i got aquainted with my sister and buddied up to go to the gym with her then thats when the hard work began. Since then i went through failure up and down seeing results but then began to lag behind and just didn't see what i expected. Then i caught up on muscle and fitness mag's and got my education about fitness through there and well since then it's been pretty much all up hill eating healthy and getting proper rest and not over doing it. AND well now i can see my abdominals for the first time guess just needed some education about my body
Today is was my last day of bulk, i haven't really been keeping up to date with my progress but since August ive gained 195ibs which is about 10ibs from what i started. I definately feel bigger and see more body fat on me considering i do about 20-30minutes of cardio per day 5-6 days aweek and...
