When I Started:
How I Started:
I started working out before i got deployed. I had to lay off because we had no gym. Ive been pushing hard these last few mounths before i come home.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because its a stress release and it helps me do my job better. Being in the infantry you have to be in top shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
By wanting to look good and knowing that for my job its necessary.
