my goal is to gain about 10-15 pounds of muscle before this summer.

I want to be the best I can be at lifting. my goal is to weigh at least 180-200 pounds with atlest 10-15% bodyfat. I think that i could achieve this in 1 year but I'm after mabe 7 months.
