I usually stick to the basics. I do Bench press, Incline and decline press Dumbell and cable Flys. I switch back and forth between the dumbbell and bench presses from week to week. I have to admitt though that my chest is the easist to develop for me.

Not bad, learning a lot about nutrition. That seems to be the key to the whole thing, and increasing the cardio a bit.
