I was always involved in some kind of sport, I am alway competitive with others and myself so Im constantly working to improve my body. I do spend most my time working to improve for boxing, which is why I want my core to be as rock hard as possible. I want it to hurt thier hand more than it does my stomache haha
Why I Love It:
Its the feeling that you are improving something. I love the feeling of being sore from my workouts. It tells me that I'm getting better and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boxing keeps me motivated. Plus that who doesn't like to look in shape? And when I see people at the gym who are more out of shape than me but to more than me that makes me kick it up a bit. Like I said I'm very competitive so I constantly try to keep up with not only the girls but the guys there as well.
I'd would LOVE to get a six pack down!! The stronger my core is in boxing the more it will help me :) I am also trying to cut down a few pounds, while at the same time getting my arm and shoulder deffinition to its finest! :D
I DO have the "V"...but my little chicken legs are NOT cooperative! I have to come up with a plan to bring them up to speed...always a work in progress, right? You have a very nice weekend!

AW Adrienne!?!? ME? Inspiring? Wow, I am honored you would say such nice things about me. I am smiling so much my cheeks hurt. LOL. The only bad thing is now I really feel The pressure on to be worthy of inspiring someone! Now I have to go win a race or something LOL. ~Missy
Adrienne.. Ha ha ER, well my skin has seen better days..I have the wonderful battle scars of motherhood! Guess they can photoshop those out..LOLZ...I like all distances..5k, 10k, 1/2marathon, and FULL. I am headed to St. George Utah for a 1/2 in January, I bet you know where that is..since you live in Nevada. :) U should come run it with me! :)~Missy

My goals are..keep up the weight training, I really want to develop more upperbody mass for fun! My other focus of course is running and presently have added in Speed Workouts to prepare for Races. I have several races coming up! I am getting nervous. ~Missy
Adrienne, I wouldn't know where to start either! Never modeled. But this I know..You can change your diet and exercise to sculpt your body as you choose, it is easier and closer to your reach than you think. Believe me. This is what else I know..You can't diet or exercise your face! You either have it or you don't. You have it. And I'm not fluffin your ego. :P ~Missy
Hi Adrienne!! My training hasn't been as amazing as I thought this week, but that is ok. It will be good to cut back, I have been going hard for a while now. I was looking at your profile just now, and I hope You don't mind my saying, With your height I think you could be an amazing fitness model..Most fitness models I have seen are short..surprisingly.
