How I Started:
I was always involved in some kind of sport, I am alway competitive with others and myself so Im constantly working to improve my body. I do spend most my time working to improve for boxing, which is why I want my core to be as rock hard as possible. I want it to hurt thier hand more than it does my stomache haha
Why I Love It:
Its the feeling that you are improving something. I love the feeling of being sore from my workouts. It tells me that I'm getting better and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boxing keeps me motivated. Plus that who doesn't like to look in shape? And when I see people at the gym who are more out of shape than me but to more than me that makes me kick it up a bit. Like I said I'm very competitive so I constantly try to keep up with not only the girls but the guys there as well.

What is the best age to start lifting weights?

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
i never used to wear belts when lifting heavy. also i used to be quite talketive when spotting someone. oops :p

His cancer is getting smaller so they said hopefully they could take it out in january if everything goes as planned but I feel like they will. So how is everything going with you? How is your training coming along?

hey how have you been doing? I have not been on here in a long time just got back on here.I have had my brother going through kemo so i have been with him and it sucks because im the only one in my family that can make him happy or even smile so he wants me around all the time.

My training is going pretty, still trying to put on some more before my show next year. The biggest problem for me is eating enough food, just gets hard to eat so much. So what part are you having problem with?

Cool sounds like you should get more spars in now. i'm sure the training will be better to. Training is going good, still playing with my diet trying to get to 8% bf by sept 25. you had any matches since i talked to you last?

It has been three weeks today and I started jogging extremely slow today it hurt a little but it should be ok in a couple of weeks to do sprints and playing ball again.

Yeah atleast you can still see some friends when you really wanted too. It hurt like hell for sure at first I thought I broke my ankle and the first few days I thought and it felt like I was never going to walk again but atleast I can get on a bike and swim now without it hurting.

I tore them playing basketball came down on some ones ankle wrong. So you moving real far or staying in the area? Moving out of town sucks you have to move a lot of stuff at once

Weighed crunches or cable crunches should help define your abs. Just avoid going to heavy. Also you should do abs everyday because the are fast twitch muscles that heal quickly. Hope this helps.
