vindogga been training, eating and drinking seriously for nearly 12 months now, made really good gains overall. atm sitting around 140kg (went from being able to do 3 full reps to barely 1 now), on holidays from uni atm so been lazy with diet and really bad with sleeping patterns (plus drinking doesnt help haha, too much beer gave a bit of gut) I tried 1.M.R and that made me feel all tingly and agressive when i got to the gym but had a massive crash, wanna try jack3d. dont often do pres Feb 23, 2012 8:05am
