Need it bigger.
It looks much better but that might be because of the angle of the photo.
I have found out that my bicep looks bigger if I tilt my arms back.

I blast my legs 3 time a week I dont have any film on them because I do them on mon. and thur. night when everybody is sleeping plus I run hard 3 times a week and I also dont have any of my shoulder workout vids but ill get around to it soon dont worry!!!

Best thing to do, try doing some inclined bench press in your routine and use a slightly more narrow than shoulder width grip when you do them, this hits the upper pecs good! Also inclined dummbbell fly's are great!

He loves them of course;-)!! He has been involved in my training and competing since we met so he is used to them and can't live without them;-)!No but seriously he supports all I do so if I want muscles then he is always behind me.

Thanks man, no secret here. Just pushing myself to lift heavier with good form. The other half of the battle is eating enough protein and calories!, especially being an ectomorph! Nice progress so far, keep workin, later man.
