Just started out with a couple of mates. They droped out and I kept going. Just for smth to do at first, maintain a fitness lvl.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing more weight or pushing out that one extra rep...The feeling after a great workout and its a great stress buster too.
How I Stay Motivated:
The constant desire to improve. The constant competition with myself. I always wanna push that little bit more.
After a tendon injury im gettin back into it and loving it
Im Back! Ok, so visually 3 weeks off training hasnt make a whole lot of difference .. Hit the gym today.. thought my arms were going to drop off.. just couldnt get those sets of 21s out in the end. However this has motivated me more, by the end of March I wanna be way over my old weights.....
Thanks for the add. You got some awesome, big pecs and delts. Take care of those tendons. I get tendonitis in my elbows when I use the preacher curl machine. But if I work one arm at a time which allows a slightly different arm postion and movement, I don't have any problems. Great body bro. Train hard..get HUGE.
lol thank you! I always have a show coming up so it never stops and I love it!
