Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

Just started out with a couple of mates. They droped out and I kept going. Just for smth to do at first,maintain a level of fitness. Looking back, there wasnt reallt anything to maintain. I had a terrible routine and diet. Went to the gym for some time figuring that if I ate salads and worked out Id look like Arnie in no time, lol. Getting ideas into my thick head were hard but slowly over the years I have sorted my routine and diet and am totally addicted to the sport.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The feeling after a great workout seems to be unexplainable to those who dont lift. The feeling of overcoming, bettering yourelf, facing and beating both physical and mental challanges on, some weeks, a daily basis. There really is no feeling like that after a great workout.

Why do people do it to themselves? How can they not care??

Now I may come across as Ignorant, arrogant, vain, (and for sure bad at spelling), or all three but sincerely, Im not, at least not the first two.. People gain weight due to medical reasons, stress, illness and many other reasons, Im not talking about these people, My question is about CHOICE. Ok, so, Ive been on holiday for the past week or so, to Mallorca. Now, I decided to take a week off from training and just enjoy the Island and beach. I was on a half board bases, meaning I ate, at least one meal, out which was great cos luckily I found some awesome places where quantity didnt mean...

Ok, been feeling great last month or so, workouts going well up until yet another tendon injury.. same one too, right forearm, which has slowed bicep work down and hindered back a little too. Seem to have done some damage in my right shoulder now too..no idea how.. will go easy on it for a few weeks. Depending on how things go Im thinking about adding a workout journal to get some advice on my lifts etc, will see how I am going into next week. As a side note and the ´wtf´, all this feeling good Ive been having from some good workouts and two people in two days very sincerely h...
