Things are pretty good here. I am getting ready for a Physical Training test through the military so I am not lifting as much and running more. Other than that its just peachy. Im glad to here that you are doing well. I know that things can be hard at the beginning but jut stick it out and thing will start looking up for you...trust me! Take care and dont be afraid to write.

Hey did you get your "GOALS" wristband yet? What you can do is get a piece of construction paper to fit around your wrist and cut a bunch in different colors. then write what your "GOAL" for the day will be and swap them out every week. try it, it works. Mine were always white or black. good luck and keep on keepin on

I dont know if i suggested this to you or not. When i first started working out and trying to stay on track i went out and got a wrist band for a visual reminder. It reminded me of my goals and what i need to do to reach them. I suggested this to one of my friends on here and she said that she was going to try it out and tell me how it worked. Maybe that is all you need to stay on top and accomplish your goals. Your doing a great job so far so keep up the good work.

I havent. My whole problem is is that i work 12hrs a day and i dont have a lot of time before work to do everything that i need to do. I'll get up around 0400 and work out at 0430 and ill be at work at 0615 or so. But ill give it a try if i can keep lifting also. do you know where i can find a good program?
