I tell my Mom, Dad and my fiance. I like to keep them in the loop of what is going on in my life since i am overseas.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I have a bunch of Muscle Mags laying around and i get motivation from those. I also have pics of my fiance around and she gives me motivation to be better than i am.
Today I finally reached my goal of benching 305. It really made me feel good about the progress that I have been making. Also I just curled 130 which is a big step for me. I had probrably one of the worst days that I have ever had in the gym to day also. Only thing good is the bench...
Just keep doin what youre doin, 12's or not, when the other AMN continue to see your transformation. they will follow suit in a hot second. Good Job representing the AF being FIT TO FIGHT....
oh yeah, ive tried several fat burners, i found it to b the best one, my chic loves it also, tho i have switched to antro-phex at the moment, but Tetrazen is by far the best..
To be honest I don't have any particular thing that I feel works really well. I mean basically you just need to get your body fat % down for the abs to show and pop out. I would just do weight ab exercises. I like doing rope crunches on my knees im sure you've seen videos of it. I also like some mechanical weights ab machines. swiss ball crunches are great too you get to go back that extra 15 degress or so.
