I didn't think it did much of anything for me. Right now I'm taking NV, and I haven't noticed much either. I guess I just don't notice if the fat burners work for me

Training is going good, working hard, 19weeks from show time now. Really cleaning up the diet and lifting as heavy as I can, oh and lots of cardio...yuck :)
