Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Start leaning out a bit for the summer without too much muscle loss. Need to bring up some of my weaker areas as well
Goal (Long): Get more solid all around. My legs are a bit behind after an Achilles injury. Shoulders also need some work.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 kg

I didn't think it did much of anything for me. Right now I'm taking NV, and I haven't noticed much either. I guess I just don't notice if the fat burners work for me

Training is going good, working hard, 19weeks from show time now. Really cleaning up the diet and lifting as heavy as I can, oh and lots of cardio...yuck :)
