2 weeks on the diet, and my weight is down to 220 lbs. I expect to gain about 5 back as water as I reintroduce carbs to my diet, but that means I lost around 10 lbs of fat. It's amazing how much better it feels just to not have to carry that extra weight around. Now I've just got to make...
im not here to tell what to do but there's some research on the utilization of raw eggs. you'll get a bigger bang for your buck if you just spend a minute to cook it.
