After surgery for tennis elbow my physical therapist had me lifting weights to regain my strength. I just never stopped.
Why I Love It:
I guess I just love the attention. (always been kind of a show-off). lol
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly? ... by comparing myself to others who are in better shape. I'll see some one and say to myself ... "I want to look that good". It helps push me farther.

I break my workouts into two groups, Upper and Lower body workouts. I lift one day doing upper body and I'll do lower body the next followed by a rest day in which I don't lift at all. Then back to the upper body with the lower body being the following day, (sometimes I'll have them in reverse)....

S-L-O-W! I was sick (sinus infection)and the Dr (at work) would not give me an antibiotic so had gotten a bad case of vertigo. I'm up 2 pounds so that is good. Thanks for checking in on me. Are the nights getting cooler in PA (like in Jersey)? Great sleeping weather!

Gotta admire your forum signature .... legs are hard things to build up (for me, anyway) and an intense leg workout will have you gasping on the floor wondering where the hill my endurance went to?! :) You're looking in top shape yourself .... keep up the good work!
