How I Started:
i played football and wrestled in high school. we had a pretty good work out plan in football, got really strong but once i got out of highschool i dint really have much knowledge about it. id just kinda always did what i was told to do.
Why I Love It:
best way to releive stress, when im working out all the crap from the day just goes away and its just me and the next set the next rep. i love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at how far ive come and i look at what i could come close to looking like one day. i dont plan to ever compete or anything like that, i just really enjoy you small personal victories of gaining or losing that pound. how good you feel after your bench or squat goes up 5 pounds. and of course i look at the greats and they motivate me. also my friends.

Goal (Long):
not sure exactly my ultimate plan of attack right now..i could use any input from anyone. with the way my body is, if i start hardcore cardio i begin to lose my tummy but so does my strenght and size and i hate that. i would like to find some kind of balance. best of both worlds.
ive known this guy for many years...from way back to our wrestling days. I have seen the ultimate transformation in discobrown, its SOOooo hard for him to keep any weight, he has to eats so much food thats its insane!! for him to be at where he is at now has taken him some seriouse dedication and a ton of gym time. his never quite attitude no matter to whatever situation he may be in inspires me to be better and keep pushing.
