I often had real problems with my lower back so I started with some really easy exercises at the gym. With this point i could not run because i had this pain all the time.
After a while i learned new back exercises and started train the hole body and I really enjoy it!
And i had 2 others I often trained with so the days I diden´t have the motivation to train these friends pep me up.
Now days I can´t live without it. It´s like a drug.

Goal (Long):
Trying to lose bodyfat and at the same time gain muscles. I can´t demand to much yet because I have only trained a half year at gym.
Right now in summer time I spend 5 days at gym and 2 days running. When the school starts agin I expect my gym days will degrese to 3-4 days a week but I will still be running as before.
