Thanks for comment.. And eating tuna, chicken, lean ground beef, and egg whites.. Prolly 90% of what i eat. Just started hooping again about month and half ago so starting to shred back up.. Hadnt had cardio over the summer at all.
Thanks man. Basically I tryed to focus as much as I could pushing with my chest, instead of my shoulders and arms. Roll your shoulders back and puff your chest out as much as you can, while keeping your back on the bench or whatever you are doing. Just try to concentrate on using your chest to push as much as you can. After I did this I noticed my chest growing a great deal bigger, still lacking but its growing.
Man i'm pretty much eating anything insight 24/7. It's ridiculously hard for me to put on muscle when i'm playing ball...i do remember a month when i put on 15lbs that was nice way back in the day.
I have no doubts that you will reach it!

Hey thanks man. How many days? Not enough! I try to get 3 in a week, but normally turns out to 2. I really need to up it myself. My advice, aside from a clean diet...keep it intense and vary it up!
Thanks, man! Actually I can't really tell if the Carb Gain is doin anything at all. I take it w/ my post w/o shake. I cut for about 6 weeks while 1st using it. I maintained strength all the way through the cut; maybe the carb gain helped... I don't know. It's just convenient to get a ton of carbs in me after weight training; that's why I take it.
Thanks bud. For chest i used to do a lot of barbell work (incline, flat, decline), but i hurt my RC, so i've been doing a lot of DB work now at the three angles. I try to do one type of fly for each angle (either cable, db, or machine). I do chest once a week, and I do arms 3 days later. I'll do weighted dips and close grip bench press for tris, so I'm hitting chest a little again.
