This photo was taken just to see how I looked before I assembled my game plan to get in better shape. I weigh 245 and have 17/18% body fat. Would love to get into single digits in %bodyfat and have a 32" waist.

This was taken imediatly after my Heavy chest workout. I maxed Decline at 300# for 4 reps. I am making progress in the strength department.

Legs always come back so easy for me. I am back up to 765# for 10 reps on the Leg Press. Going for 1000# by March, wish me luck.
