This photo was taken just to see how I looked before I assembled my game plan to get in better shape. I weigh 245 and have 17/18% body fat. Would love to get into single digits in %bodyfat and have a 32" waist.
This was taken imediatly after my Heavy chest workout. I maxed Decline at 300# for 4 reps. I am making progress in the strength department.
Would love to add 10-15 lbs of muscle while lose inches around my waist. My bench press is going up in weight, very happy for that. My leg workout is intense but not seeing gains in mass like I should, I leg press over 800 for 6-10 reps. Never get sore after leg day like I use...
