Starting - 173 & 23% Front Flexed - 139.5 Lbs.
This was when I was first starting out at 173 pounds and 23% body fat. Technically, I started at 190 pounds, but this is my first organized training photo.
Had pretty good vascularity after my cardio this morning. Decided to snap a photo :)

Not ripped, but pretty much have lost all the fat on my shoulders, arms, and chest. About another 6 weeks and I'll have the abs ripped as well :)
