Well I started working out when I was a freshman in college back in 1998. I was always skinny from playing basketball for 40 hours a week. I packed on about 50 pounds (probably 20 or so was fat) following Anthony Ellis' free information on www.fastmusclegain.com. I was able to maintain it until I began my current work as a traveling library book salesman in October 2004. Unfortunately, the sedentary lifestyle combined with fast food and beer caused me to balloon to about 190 pounds on a small 5'7" frame around the summer of 2005. I joined a gym but didn't really know much about losing fat, but changing my diet and adding exercise did help. When I finally purchased his program in January 2006, I was 173 and 23% bodyfat - 4.5 months later, I was 140 and 9.5%. I then bulked a little in late Fall 2006 and have been maintaining around 150 since. I'm currently bulking and shooting for 165-170 @ 8%.
Why I Love It:
I love the constant challenge each day faces. I've always liked it in my career, and it's just as good when it comes to lifting weights, or sprinting hills!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, it's 2nd nature now. But at first, on the mirror that I use every morning to shave, brush my teeth, etc., I kept a photo of my ideal goal body next to my starting body; this served as a daily reminder of what I'm working toward accomplishing.
BB Accomplishments:
I made MSN's "Weight Loss Success Stories!"

I'm currently a training coach for new members of Anthony's new site: www.massology.com
I was recommended to him by some of the members, as I'm an active poster and always willing to help anybody achieve their goals.

This was when I was first starting out at 173 pounds and 23% body fat. Technically, I started at 190 pounds, but this is my first organized training photo.
Had pretty good vascularity after my cardio this morning. Decided to snap a photo :)
I've been doing a fat loss for the past few months and decided to see where I am fitness/cardio/mental-wise and go for the UFC Championship belt. We're talking 5 5-minute rounds, with 1 minute rest periods. I don't have a fancy gym like Sherk or Brock has for Caveman Training, but I do hill...
Training is great, working on improving powerlifts and have a dded a little muscle in the process! Wanna try Tabata style training for lowerbody, would love to get HUGE legs. All the best w/ cutting, keep pumping hard!
