When I Started: Dec, 2007
How I Started: In '02 i had back surgery and could not lift anymore.I ballooned to 245lbs of fat.I got my weight down to 227lb and it kind of "hung" around there.Now that I can lift again, I am just trying to get in the best shape that I can.
Why I Love It: I love that I am not running out of air anyomre when I go run or climb stairs.It's also a good feeling seeing that I am making positive changes in my life.
How I Stay Motivated: I have 2 younger brother that are in great shape.One is bigger that I am and the other is just in better shape than I am.We send each other picture's to motivate each other.And a little competition between us boys :).
BB Accomplishments: Dropping another 20lbs of body fat and gaining about 10lbs of muscle...Still have the dreaded last inch of gut to get rid of though :)...
