How I Started:
I have always been skinny, and I wanted to get bigger. I needed a hobby to take my mind off school, and working out helped a lot.
Why I Love It:
It clears out my head. I can see things more clearly after I hit the gym. Also, I like the changes I'm seeing in my body. It feels good to be healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read a lot. When I go to the gym, I'm motivated by the guys who are bigger than me, and who can put up more weight than I can. I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm making progress.
