Overall Goal: The gym stops for no man. It crushes the weak, leaves them behind. It weeds out the wannabes. This does not mean i can't push back. More punishment means more rewards. When it hurts, do I stop and go home or do I push through the pain and keep pushin
Fit Status:
i passed my state contractors license now a c-36. im on a huge roll right now, training is awesome, life is great.
Walnut High Attended 1977 to 1980 Walnut, California United States
When I Started:
Oct, 2000
How I Started:
I joined the gym 10/2000 and was hooked from the start. Playing sports most of my life it felt like home to me. I love the gym and how it makes me feel.
Why I Love It:
The doors to the gym, I can see them always in my minds eye. Each time I walk through them I leave all the pain from life behind. There are no drugs that will ease the pain. I enter the weight room and it's my turn to inflict the pain. My mind clears and I am lifted up. Who doesn't love that?
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is easy, feeling fit and in shape who doesn't want that kind of life? I was so lost without the gym. I look forward to going everyday. When I don't go i am somewhat out of sorts. You feeling me on that one? Eye candy helps too... :)
BB Accomplishments:
I placed in the top 10 for the couples contest at the Fit Expo in Los Angeles, CA. 2008. I went from 150lbs to 190lbs in the 8 years I been lifting and what a difference I have made in my overall health and apperance. I plan to step on stage this year and come in around 180lbs. We'll see...

When life hits you and beats you down to your knees, do you let it keep you there or do you take the hit and stand up and move forward? Life will keep you there if you let it. If you find yourself staying on the ground and you start to blame others for why you can’t get up, why you...

Glad to hear you are doing well! Love the AVI, and also that you found time to drop by! xoxoxoxoxo Jen
