I started training for sports and it took off from there.
Why I Love It:
The confidence I gain. Being able to look around at people with more body fat than me and know that I just don't sit on my ass all day.
How I Stay Motivated:
Friends always help me! I know that sometimes I can let myself down but I don't let others down... so when there is someone else telling me to get my butt in the gym when I want to be lazy it helps me a lot.
BB Accomplishments:
Back in the day I had the strongest neck and calves at my high school.
I went from a size 42 waist to 38. It's a big deal for me.

I was to lose the fat so I can join up. i also want to be able to mow the lawn with my shirt off without being embarrassed, I want to be able to wear a tight shirt without getting funny looks.
I got an invite to join a semi-pro football team in the area. The defensive coordinator talked to me about it. Thursday I'm going to one of their practices to meet the team, and then maybe practice with them for a little bit. Ultimately it looks like I'm going to play next year, but train...
Now that I have even more time to make it to the gym I have changed my workout program a lot. I've ditched the isolation workouts and now focus more on compound lifts. I also don't work just one body part a day, but I don't do full body workouts.
Hey thanks for the add. Yeah definatley a beer belly plus more this side! I lost a lot last year, but over the past 3 or 4 months i didnt have time to work out at all so a whole lot of the flab returned.
