Leaning out for a future bulk!

Background
I have been interested in fitness for many years. Lifted weights on and off for the last 15 years but was never really serious about it (more off than on!). Few months ago it hit me that I am about to be 30 and I wanted to enter it being the most fit and best looking as I could. I decided to get off my butt and get serious about making my body look like I want instead of just whining about it.
I love the way I feel when I am working out and paying attention to what I eat. I love the changes I see in my body both in how it looks and how much healthier and more entergetic I feel.

2012 100k Transformation Essay
Posted in Other : Apr 09, 2012 4:39amSo here I sit at the end of my 84 day transformation period. I find it difficult to write about the last 12 weeks. When you hear people say that their transformation was an "emotional rollercoaster", you don't expect it to be true.

Posted in Other : Jul 15, 2011 7:54amFor the past year and a half, I have been very focused on fat loss and getting to a certain body fat level. I considered doing a couple of competitions, but never thought I was really at the level I wanted to be at.
I am at the point now, where I think the best road is to focus on gaining mass and strength. Right now, the plan is to bulk for 6 months, see how i feel at the end of that, and then go from there.
