i started working out to get ready for football and track but i didnt really know what i was doing until i got out of high school i really started getting into lifting seriously about a year ago
Why I Love It:
i love working out because it makes me feel good and it helps me fight the stresses of the normal day to day life
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motavated because i know how i want to look and i wont be happy until i get there

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?

i am hella bored too. Also annoyed... i think on myspace it's ask ivy/rasheeda stupid questions night, lol. I swear myspace drives me crazy sometimes. i have not made the pizza yet.
awwww, that sucks you gotta work all of those days ;/ so i am not allowed to be home Saturday night now, lol ;-) i am not allowed outta my cage i might be a bad girl.. ha, ha ;-)
I know. It has been awhile. Training has really slowed down for me...I just need sometime to reconnect with the weights again & get another gym membership to a different gym than I've been training at. How is everything going for you?
