Life Goals:
Weigh 250 lbs. with less than 10% bodyfat
Bench press 500 lbs. once.
Have 20 inch arms.
Run a mile in less than 6 min. 30 sec. (My time in high school.)
Let me know if you live there. I might be moving there in the next few months and would like a lay of the land. Good gyms? What can you do for fun? Other things like that. I appreciate any responses.
HI rock! Just finished X-repping delts, tired but no pain, and unlike last time now I CAN raise my arms after short while from exercise, so something IS going the right direction. All best!
