How I Started:
1998 I started doing push-ups regularly, because I wanted to be stronger. It worked! A positive side-effekt was getting in shape step by step. 2001 I used dumbbells in my training to add some mass. Since 2003 the workouts are regularly: The dumbells got heavier. So did I! But early in 2008 cardio(jogging, swimming, cycling) was required to reduce bodyfat. Since then I am trying to add some muscle mass!

Medium - Rep Workout 3 Days Per Week For Gaining Mass

Monday:
Chest (Weighted Pushups With Higher Placed Feet)
3 * 12 reps
Abs (Weighted Crunches)
3 * 25 reps
Lower Back (Weighted Hyperextensions)
3 * 25 reps

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

Yeah I actually do that already. I mean not the cauliflower or broccoli because it's just too gross. But mostly lettuce, carrots and fruit.

Hi...I am 56. Been lean/skinny all my life. I work in part of the building trade so I'm active and on my feet all day. So I have a lot of natural fitness. Good luck with your 5 pounds gain during winter. 88
