My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
One body part per day, while cutting i am upping my reps to 25. i do 30 mins of Cardio Everyday.
I rarely do the same workout routine in the same month. and im changing my work out today to this.
I am working out with a group of people starting Monday
Monday Chest heavy
Tuesday Rest day but doing 20 mins hit cardio
Wed still figuring out what the group is doing
thurs Rest day but doing 20 mins hit cardio
friday still figuring out what the group is doing
Saturday Rest day but doing 20 mins hit cardio
Sunday Light still figuring out what the group is doing

High protein low carb diet
Average meals not while im cutting!!! i remove a meal or two during cutting but this is pretty average. tell me im not eating clean.. i cannot believe the people that say there eating clean but list Dr. pepper or a pizza etc. I have not had Bread, Dairy, or sugar in over a year easily. no snack bars, no fruit,
After my hit cardio in the AM
protien shake (water, glute,creatine, protien only) 6am
oxyelite and hydroxy cut, L carnitine, CLA, omega 3 , fish oil, zma
2 cups of oatmeal in water 7am
pulled pork, two eggs, onion, potato 8am
protien shake 10 am
chicken breast and rice or just the chicken 11 am
protein shake 12 noon
protein shake 2pm
celery with peanut butter as a snack
work out then protein shake
then dinner . Lean pork, chicken , or fish, with salad or some type of greens.

My sups are key. I notice when i am not taking them. CLA and L carnetine have done the most for me.
zma, vit c, CLA, L-carnetine, fish oil, oxyelite as a fat burner only use for one month then off . I try to mix up my fat burners. Tri flex for my joints (im old damn it)
Hydrocut (caffein pill really) Does do the job but its advertised more than what it can really do. its just caffein and filler. nothing more.

My motivation in watching videos online every day and before every workout. I moved my spc show date to october so i make sure im shreaded
I am not paying attention to much of my weight and body fat measurements until i get closer to the show. im all about just trying to get leaner. I think its rediculous to weigh in so often. your weight varies so much per day why would you try and keep track of that. it only matters tracking it maybe once a week at the most. My guage is how my close fit and how defined my muscles are. i can weight 200 and look bloated or 200 and look cut. I take pictures once every two weeks and use that as my guage.

ok chest day again but worked out late. 7pm. i don't feel very motivated. Just life is happening around me that is bringing me down. I see the show and a twinkle of a light now instead of a fire that i am after. i know sounds odd and cheesy. my workout sucked, my momentum sucks and i have worked my ass off for so long and i am just feeling like i need a break. well im out for now.

Cardio day turned into cardio plus lat day. I was doing what was called reverse something. crap now i forgot but basically you do say a lat pull down as heavy as you can burst of energy. Then hold it and slowly release. do this in sets. i was lucky to do 6 sets of 10. my lats are burning. and its now 7:47 pm i did the work out at 2pm. I have a feeling i wont get much sleep. i am hurting from legs, abs arms and now lats. I have done these exercises before but i am really concentrating on muscles... Go to BodyBlog

Chest day. all but a few sets on chest were with out a spotter so i could have gotten more out of today but i am happy with my work out. I feel spent and sore which rarely happens. I actually had some comments from a few guys i have never seen before that were commenting on how much i lift and how big i was. It was more about there workout and how they wanted to lift what i was lifting. It made me feel good that i was beyond the girly weights so to speak. (no offense ) I am feeling good about... Ok well made it through leg day. Wow had a great work out. was able to do some modified squats . Since i ripped my arm and not able to put my arm behind my head at all i used the smith machine to do my squats. First time since high school. I was able to do 110 lbs which is not much but i did it 80 times so i call that a success. I was able to still do the hip sled and hack squats for at 390-550lbs afterward and a few other burn out leg work outs to really inhibit walking for the next three days... Go to BodyBlog

Its been a couple weeks since i was on the site last but i never stopped working out. I have gained strength and broken personal best records in all work outs. My weight has stayed the same but i am defiantly more muscular. I need to post new pics.
